3. Ingredient Sourcing and Inventory Management:

– Source and select the freshest and highest quality ingredients while managing costs effectively.
– Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock, and place orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.

4. Team Leadership and Training:

– Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
– Conduct training sessions to enhance culinary skills, techniques, and safety protocols.

5. Kitchen Organization and Safety:

– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following proper sanitation and hygiene standards.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

6. Customer Satisfaction:

– Interact with customers to understand their preferences and feedback, using this information to improve the dining experience.
– Accommodate special requests and dietary needs to ensure a delightful dining experience for all patrons.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Chef or relevant role in a culinary setting.
– Culinary arts degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
– Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, styles, and international cuisines.
– Ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
– Exceptional creativity and innovation in developing new dishes and refining existing recipes.
– Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food experiences.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
